As of January 2023, the Center is operating at 100 West Main Street (the Zel Building), Suite 104, in Saint Clairsville, Ohio

We are directly across from the Belmont County Court House and next to the Public Library.

Parking is available on Main Street in front of the building, on South Market Street to the east of the building, and in an off-street lot behind the building. There are two van-accessible handicapped parking spaces on South Market Street.

The accessible entrance is on the front of the building off Main Street. The rear door is in the basement but can be used as an exit to the off-street parking behind the building.
